Telemarketer / Exeter / OTE 16-22k p/annum
We are looking for a telemarketing operative to join a busy Exeter team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team within the telemarketing department of an energy company.
Working on the phones your job will be to make outbound calls to both businesses and residential properties. From this you will be targeted on booking appointments for field sales representatives to attend. Full training and support will be offered to the successful applicant on the products available.
To be considered for this role you should have excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed. You will have an excellent work ethic and have the ability to be empathetic to the customers need. Previous telemarketing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
The hours of work for the role are 1100 to 1900 Monday to Thursday and 1000 to 1800 on Fridays. We anticipate that the telemarketing jobs will be made permanent after 2-6 weeks. Initial pay will be £7-8 p/hour before moving across to a commission structure when the role is made permanent.
There is also an opportunity to combine this role with that of outdoor promotions executive. This will involve attending trade fairs and shopping centres to promote the companies brand and book free consultancy meetings.
