Accounts Office Manager

Highly successful fast growing company based North East of Lincoln are seeking an experienced Accounts Office Manager for a full-time permanent job.
The role will entail;
Using Sage Line 50 Accounts Professional (experience essential)
All ledgers (sales and purchase)
Month end accounts to TB stage and reports
EC Sales Lists
Intrastat
Bank reconciliations
VAT
Processing Wages –check timesheets and send information to Accountants for processing
Extensive Stock control
Vehicle Log Books – send information weekly to DVLA (list of registrations in stock)
Help with other areas of the office administration
The phones are very busy and this individual will have to answer calls and deal with sales enquiries daily
Office management duties will include ordering stationary, administration work, filing, keeping the office tidy and clean, greeting visitors.
Hours of work will be 9-5 with half an hour for lunch
Own transport is essential due to the rural location of this company.

This is a busy and dynamic company which offers long term stability.
An immediate start would be highly beneficial but a months notice period would be acceptable.
