Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your role will be to manage your own suppliers ledger and as such, you will be involved with all aspects of the accounts payable process. This will include (but is not limited to) high volume invoice processing, making timely payments to suppliers, responding to supplier enquiries, administering staff expense reimbursements, account and bank statement reconciliations as well as periodic reporting.

The Successful Applicant

You will have had extensive experience in a full function Accounts Payable role of a similar capacity (processing over 100 invoices per day). Prior exposure to JD Edwards system will be considered first and foremost at this stage of the process. You describe yourself as a team player, however, pride yourself on your ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have high attention to detail and possess superior communication skills.
