Accounts / Payroll Assistant, Gosforth - A highly successful manufacturing business based in the Gosforth area are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts / Payroll Assistant. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will work as part of a small team and be solely responsible for the management of both the payroll and purchase ledger functions, day-to-day duties will consist of:

· Payroll - 80 employees on a weekly basis.
· Calculation of all deductions and all year-end duties.
· Purchase ledger - Processing up to 400 invoices monthly.
· Statement reconciliations.
· Dealing with supplier queries.
· Making payments to suppliers via BAC's cheque.

All applicants must have previous payroll experience and posses the ability to manage their time effectively.
