Accounts & Payroll Clerk

Temporary- Finance Payroll Clerk
Rate of Pay- £10 Per Hour Including Holiday Pay 
Location : City Centre  

HAYS are recruiting for an immediately available Finance and Payroll Clerk for a temporary need. 

This role will require the suitable candidate to have experience in the following duties:

Book-keeping

- Inputting all financial information on to accounts system
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable
-Bank Reconciliation 
-Petty Cash
- Fixed Asset Register

Payroll
- Preparation of Monthly Salaries for 40 employees +
- Calculating payments and deductions
- Calculating payments and deductions

Accounts
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
