German Technical Consultant
We are recruiting for German Technical Consultant for a organisation in Cobalt Business Park.
The role will involve dealing with technical questions from dealers and be be able to answer questions about product problems and information enquiries as quickly and effectively as possible.
Main duties of the role:
Answer all incoming calls
Determine type of call, whether information or problem solving.
Processing and conclusion of request.
Gather information through databases, research, manuals and contacts.
Ensures that quality standards are met or exceeded through example and case maintenance.
Document standard information in the database document the prescribed advice, information or recommendations provided to the dealer.
Skills Required:
High School Graduation, Apprenticeship as Automotive
Technician or Automotive Engineering University Degree.
Several years of practical work experience in an automotive workshop.
Effective written and verbal communication in at least two languages, one of which being English and fluent minimum in German.
