Residential Real Estate Company located in midtown seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediate temp to pemr postion.
Ideal candidate must have 3+years accounting experience. Accounting degree is required. Base pay will be determined based on experience.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Accounts Receivable s for approximately 30 properties
Assist Team Leaders
o Bank Reconciliations for approximately 30 properties
o Posting ACH debits to General Ledger
o Special Projects

Refined verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use (MRI preferred)
Three years plus years accounting experience
