Acquisitions Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities will include:
- Cash flow and financial modeling
- Creating acquisition memoranda and performing valuations of potential investment opportunities
- Coordinating property due diligence, analyzing lease economics, and market fundamentals
- Conducting research and studying market trends
- Helping to evaluate, formulate, structure, and close transactions working directly with the senior management of the firm
- Ad hoc analysis as needed
Appropriate candidates must possess:
- 1-3 years of analysis experience in real estate, real estate investment banking, or Big Four accounting
- Four-year degree in economics, finance, accounting or related, from a top tier school with proven history of academic performance
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements, operating budgets, leases and all other documents relating to an acquisition
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Proven interest in real estate
