TCG is looking for a flash-actionscript developer for a contract to full-time opportunity here in the St. Louis area. This developer must be extremely familiar with the development and architecture of SCORM courses using Adobe Flash and HTML. The developer must have a good understanding of the SCORM API and best practices for SCORM development. This position is responsible for designing and implementing an efficient architecture and process for the production and delivery of SCORM courses on a monthly basis. Qualifications :
5+ years general web development 5+ years developing for Flash 3+ years experience with ActionScript 3 Experience with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills, experience planning releases and roadmaps Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Strong knowledge of best practices for web development including security, performance, cross-domain delivery of content, cross-browser compatibility, and scalability
