Case Manager Coordinator
United Hospital Center has an immediate full time opening in our United Home Health Department for a Registered Nurse Case Management Coordinator. This person is responsible for coordinating intake activity to ensure all standards are met. Home health coding is an important function of this position. This person also shares administrative call responsibilities.
Qualifying candidates must possess a current WV license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Current OASIS, Medicare and Medicaid knowledge and experience is required. Current Home Health/Hospice experience is required. Utilization review/chart audit experience is required.
