AD / Director
The Role
- Attend and lead industry meetings around OTC Clearing, debating relevant topics with senior ‘c’ level stakeholders in the industry
- Construct pioneering reports and insight into OTC Derivative clearing for the industry, recommending how the regulation of financial derivatives market should look
- Work with the appropriate regulators to offer valuable advice regarding improvements to policy including; EMIR, Dodd Franck MiFID
- Lead and present at conferences surrounding OTC Clearing
The Candidate
- Either from a financial regulation or OTC Derivatives Risk background
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders within the industry
- Strong written skills and the ability to contribute to policy
- Be credible and confident to gain buy in from relevant stakeholders
- Previous markets experience in OTC Derivatives very advantageous, although not essential.
- Be pragmatic with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to lead a growing team
