Ad Operations Specialist Job in San Francisco, California Us

Infogroup is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a creative edge to join its Lead Generation Division in San Francisco. As the Ad Operations Specialist, you will be the liaison between Infogroup’s core clients, vendors, and product and account management team to launch campaigns.

As the Ad Operations Specialist, here’s what you can expect to achieve:
•Independently own and manage the operations/production related responsibilities for Infogroup's performance based advertising group
•Spearhead campaigns on time and without error, including email campaigns
•Ability to troubleshoot and solve production related issues independently
•Improve process/client experience through innovative recommendations and enhancements
•Provide campaign status reports and updates on campaign performance on a regular basis
•Identify when campaigns are not on track to hit their goal and make decisions on next steps
•Optimize campaigns through data analysis
•Write creative copy, as needed

And here’s what we expect from you:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•Solid understanding of the online advertising space and production piece, including HTTP form posts, XML feeds, pixel placement and tracking
•Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, hlookups, and pivot tables
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients (written and verbal)
•Strong analytic and problem solving skills
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Experience and knowledge of email space a plus!
