Administration Assistant

The Institute of Registered Myotherapists of Australia (IRMA) represents over 500 registered Myotherapists around Australia. IRMA was established in 1989 and has since grown and prospered, now being recognised as the largest association representing Myotherapists.

 

Reporting to the Office Administrator, this role includes general administrative duties and more specifically updating, managing and maintaining the in-house database which actively tracks all activities with all Myotherapists that have registered with IRMA.

 

Other Key Responsibilities:

 

·         General Office Administration

·         Finance tasks including banking, invoices and payment of accounts through MYOB

·         Maintain membership records and processing membership applications

·         Liaising day to day with Health Funds

·         Other duties as required

 

To be successful you will need to have demonstrated experience in MS Office in particular Access and you must have had experience with MYOB. You will need to be a self-starter, professional and highly organized and have the ability to work autonomously. This role offers great variety with the flexibility of hours across a working week and. Knowledge of the health industry desirable but not essential.
