Contract type: Temporary cover for 8 weeks

Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide administration support to the London Corporate team.
The role
Key Responsibilities/Measures:
- Telephone answering
- Typing including some Excel spreadsheet work
- Filing/archiving
- Scanning
- Printing and binding of reports
- Postal duties
- Arranging meetings, travel arrangements etc
- General administrative support as required
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at Grade C or above minimum
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience of office work
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills and knowledge of Outlook
- Audio typing skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Polite and courteous telephone manner
- Enthusiastic nature
- Efficient organisational skills
