We have an exciting full time management opportunity available for a passionate and hands-on person. The successful candidate would need to be able to drive and organise many administrative projects, understand the importance of prioritisation and, above all, be able to work and manage collaboratively with a fun and energetic team. Additionally you will need
to be enthusiastic and well-presented with strong communication and information technology skills.
Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and developing the administration team
- Roster writing
- Facilitate reports for leadership team as required
- Management of databases
- Assist with promotional material production
- Support for senior management and committee
About you:
- Successful history in a similar role
- Have excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with MYOB accounting packages
- Experience in cash handling and reconciliation
- Confident in learning new programs, systems and processes quickly
Receptionist
An opportunity exists for a bright energetic person to join our busy reception team. The successful candidate will need to have good IT knowledge, must be able to multi-task, be experienced in cash handling, be well presented and have excellent customer service skills. Previous reception experience essential. You will be required to work rotating rosters, including some weekend and evening shifts, approx 25 hours and be available to cover holiday sick leave.
