Administration Officer recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum and quality secretarial and administrative support, including report generation, document preparation, appointment booking and meeting arrangement, etc.
- Ensure smooth and effective daily office operations, including proper record filing, office inventories maintenance and reception support, etc.
- Assist in procurement services and liaise with suppliers and vendors to provide office supplies in cost efficient way
- Streamline work flow of office administration and participate in ad-hoc assignment
- Maintain and monitor various office systems and equipment including telecommunication system, telephone recording system, financial information services, e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
- Support other office administration duties
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with at least 5 years of related experience in administration
- Organized, hard-working, energetic and able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Good computer skill in MS Office applications and Chinese typing
