Administrative Assistant / Coordinator – Manufacturing Job in Leuven 3000, Flemish

Responsibilities

 

-       Assist in arranging meetings,attending meetings and making and distributing meeting notes

-       Work closely with other team members in contributing to written data presentations

-       Ensure efficient filing of electronic and paper records as required

-       Assist other team members with the tracking of work proposals, agreements invoice payments

-       Keeping track of selected action lists

-       Distribution of electronic documents to team members as required

-       Assist in arranging meetings and making travel arrangements for team members as appropriate

-       Filing systems for scientific reports

-       Communications with external partners as required

 

 

 

Job Requirements

·        Good numerical skills would be an advantage

·        Experience in carrying out administrative or coordination activities in a related industry or similar business environment is an advantage but is not essential

·        Excellent oral and written skills in English (and Dutch) with a focus on accuracy, clarity and attention to detail

·        Good knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint would be an advantage

·        Some knowledge of specialist databases, statistical software or planning software may be an advantage but is not essential e.g. Microsoft Project, GraphPad Prism, Microsoft Access

·        Highly organized with strong administration and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills

·        Experience gained in the food pharmaceutical or chemical industries may be useful but is not essential

·        Some knowledge of science (education, knowledge, background) may be helpful but is not essential
