Wellness Director – Budgets and Metrics recruitment
The primary responsibility of this role is to work on-site at our client and assist the client in the development and management of budgets and metrics for their health and benefits program by leveraging experiences, skills, corporate resources and client resources. From the client’s perspective, the primary responsibility for this position is to manage budgets and metrics for health/benefits programming in the US as well as influence global strategy on budgets and metrics.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES ON BEHALF OF CLIENT
- Ensure smooth execution of budget process which may include but is not limited to: enhancing budget templates, developing timelines and processes, defining roles and responsibilities, auditing and inputting of budget submission, presentation preparation.
- Drive budget and metrics reporting consistency across health and benefit vendors and product lines
- Act as primary contact for client’s staff and client’s vendors regarding questions related to budgets and metrics process and reporting requirements
- Perform monthly budget and metric reviews across health and benefit vendors and product lines
- Oversee proper execution of invoice processing and payment to ensure proper payment of invoices
- Ensure proper completion of employee reimbursement and employee subsidy programs
- Primary liaison with client’s corporate finance team
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in finance and/or metrics
- Experience, knowledge and/or interest in developing processes for managing and auditing annual budgets
SKILLS:
- Strong project management skills including ability to set and communicate strategy, priorities and deliverables to broad geographically dispersed audiences.
- Highly developed analytical and process management skills
- Strong understanding of finance and metrics management and reporting
- Ability to see complex processes and streamline while maintaining core integrity of deliverable
- Advanced computer literacy: Advanced Microsoft Office, Access and Excel skills a requirement
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, ability to present information to groups)
- Self starter with creative solutions
