Administrative Assistant-Development Job in Hauppauge 11788, New York US

Administrative and clerical support to Managers of Public Relations and Special Events.
Coordinates and provides support for meetings and special events.

Maintains filing and record keeping. Distributes, stores purges department records materials.

Attends and prepare minutes for all department staff meetings.

Provides organizational support and maintains calendar for Director of DPR.

Should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Development software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. (Must have Publisher Power Point experience - Razor's Edge a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills necessary.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
