International Travel Coordinator

Kelly Services has an opening with a Premier Company in Center Valley, PA. This position is responsible for coordinating the company's international travel needs for corporate executives. This is a full time, temp-to-hire position and offers an 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday work schedule. Pay range $20 - $25/hour, commensurate with experience. Duties: Books International and Domestic reservations, as well as air, car and hotel on AmEx CRS systems for corporate executives Ensures company guidelines and standards are followed Procure necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances Work with Senior executives to coordinate schedules, calendars and communicate travel plans and itineraries Successful candidates will possess: Knowledge of AmEx CRS systems to book domestic and international corporate travel Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the international travel field Excellent customer service skills Ability to focus on attention to detail 5+ years of experience booking international corporate travel
