The Boston office is looking for a seasoned Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities include: scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements; heavy calendar management; time and expense reporting; meeting support and logistics; event planning; general administrative and telephone support; coordinating with Finance and HR; and management of contacts and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives required
· Must be able to coordinate extensive travel arrangements and expense reports
· Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel with some strong PowerPoint skills and experience editing presentations
· Client friendly and savvy
· Smart, self-starter and ready to jump in
· Extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
· Articulate phone presence with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Thrive in a fast paced environment and be solution-oriented
· Meeting coordination/event planning
· Experience working on multiple projects
· Previous assistant experience in PR, advertising or professional service organization is preferred
