Long-term and well established company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for its corporate office in Harrisburg, PA. This is a fast paced, full time/year round position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

    Areas of responsibility:

          

    The role of Administrative Assistant is to be the key contact and support for corporate management.  Completion of all assigned tasks for this management is the most important duty for this position.

    Other duties include but are not limited to:

    Letter and memo typing and proofreading

  • Customer service calls

  • Data collection and follow up

  • Report typing

  • Travel arrangements

  • Seminar, meeting, and trade show preparation

  • Power point presentations

  • Spreadsheet setup, entry, and summaries

  • Internet research


    This position will utilize the following programs:
