Small organization located in Lincolnwood, Illinois is currently experiencing some growth and is looking to hire a top notch Administrative Assistant. This position will support the office and assistant the President. Duties will include answering phones, updating reports, ordering supplies, assist in official company correspondence, data entry, and other special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative experience. Excellent MS office experience. Ability to multi task, and work in a team environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as will as the ability to work with individuals at all levels. Client offers full benefits, plus competitive salary. Hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. College degree highly preferred.
