Department overview:

DCML are a team of 6 lawyers/legal professionals (plus administrative support) located within the Legal / Compliance Department. The team provides legal advice and execution support to the Global Finance, the Debt Capital Markets and the IBD businesses, principally in EMEA and Japan. DCML also works with Nomura offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and occasionally New York. The team’s role encompasses transaction management, acting as a hub for discussion/negotiation between the various parties including the business and operations teams within Nomura, our clients, law firms, fiscal agents and other banks.

 

Role description:

This role will support the Debt Capital Markets Legal team.
