The Hedge Fund in question has a multibillion AUM and has been operating extremely successfully in this sphere for a number of years. It’s record for retaining and rewarding its staff is second to none.
The ideal candidate will be supremely well educated, well versed in a variety of fixed income products and looking for an extremely varied role where they can make a difference. You will have first class interpersonal and influencing skills. The driving force behind this appointment is the need to get things done. We require a pragmatist with the ability to see things clearly and be able to ensure multidisciplinary projects are delivered according to predetermined milestones with the minimum of fuss. An exposure to a variety of formal project methodologies would be advantageous. As a number of the projects will involve IT development and infrastructure, both nationally and globally, experience in this area would in practice be a prerequisite.
