Administrative Assistant Q877 Job Description The World Leader in Quality Material Handling Products has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant who specializes in Customer Service and team support! *****This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION NOT TEMPORARY! This position responds to customer requests and inquires to ensure total customer satisfaction and provides overall backup to the customer service representatives where required. Will be working in the Customer Service departing, assisting the Mgr supporting up to 12-14 CSRs with 50% administrative tasks such as; data entry of job orders into JD Edwards, composing correspondence in MS Outlook, composing data entry of documents in MS Office, answering multi line phones assisting customers with questions. The other 50% of the job is working the CSR role completing tasks such as responsible to run daily/weekly reports as required. Responsible for quotes and order processing. Take customer calls place orders. Qualified candidates have: 2+ yrs Admin experience, proficient in MS Office specifically MS Word, Excel Outlook, good data entry skills 7000+ kph 50 wpm w great accuracy High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
