Administrative Assistant (Sr.)
As a Sr. Administrative Assistant with Chase Mortgage Banking (Retail), you will be required to perform intermediate and advanced level administrative duties. This will include word processing, filing, telephone reception, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, coordination of meetings, conference room scheduling and food arrangements, creating supply requisitions and maintaining office rental equipment. The position is responsible for monitoring accuracy of Unit time system records and updating attendance/vacation databases for Unit personnel. Will process invoices and handle reconciliation's as needed. General knowledge of company policies and procedures and the ability to apply that knowledge appropriately is required. Work with complex and confidential documents and reports. There is heavy interaction with production staff and management team. Interaction with Staffing to open requisitions, schedule interviews, hire, and on-board new hires is periodically required. May assist in projects. Uses PC and multiple software packages in the preparation of Unit reporting and in activities that support the sales process. Able to collect and analyze data for reports. Assist in the scheduling process of Unit production employees. Able to make routine decisions and determine proper action based on experience and policy/procedure. Position could be in Lexington, KY OR Charleston / Clarksburg, WV.
