Administrative Assistant with HR Experience

Job Description: Actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide top quality support to a thriving HR staff. Must be able to successfully manage numerous calendars for directors and assist with the constructing and editing of spreadsheets and presentations. Rely on analytical and technical skills to assess situations and quickly propose a plan of action. Experience with logistics and event planning a must. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the directors. Manage day-to-day schedule of directors. Assist directors with creating and editing extensive PowerPoint presentations. Manage complex calendars. Organize and coordinate travel accommodations for directors. Aggressive follow up on meeting deadlines for department projects and processing applications. Prepare Excel spreadsheets and reports as needed. Process expense reports and monitor payments. Updating daily logs and monitoring the ordering of supplies and office costs. Qualifications: Previous experience in the Energy and Utilities or related field preferable. Experience with SAP and Concur highly desirable. - Experience with payroll, logistics, and event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Superior oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail is a must.
