You will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries, performing a variety of daily administrative tasks and testing/monitoring our products.  There will be many responsibilities and opportunity for ample growth. The position will report directly to senior management and the CEO.

This position is full time and based in our main office in Midtown West. You will sometimes be required to work on a weekend day per in exchange for being off a day during the week. Qualifications:
• 4 Year College Degree

• Entry level position; 0-2 years experience preferred
• Familiarity with MS Word and light Excel required. You will be tested during the interview process.
• Avid user of Facebook. Passion for social networks
• Comfortable working with online dating products
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Strong work ethic. Eager to go above and beyond. Willing to work extra when needed
• Professional phone demeanor
• You will sometimes be required to work a weekend day in exchange for being off one weekday day during the subsequent week

Responsibilities:
• Customer service inquiries (emails and minimal telephone calls)
• Spam control of user accounts
• Prepare daily administrative reports
• Test products daily
• Assist senior management with research and various tasks
• Various administrative duties
