Investor Relations/Marketing Administrative assistant

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

 Support the investor relations and marketing endeavors for the firm.

 Provide general office support and coverage (as needed).

Production of monthly marketing books, performance charts and summaries for use by the

Managing Directors and President. This will require the candidate to feel comfortable using both

Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint on a regular basis. The candidate is also responsible for the

binding and distribution of marketing books as requested by the Managing Directors, as well as

management of marketing supplies (folders, bond paper, specialized tabs, binding spines, etc.).

Assist in distribution of monthly client account statements (via email, fax or regular mail as

needed).

 

Update new business summary sheet and coordinate the distribution and collection of

subscription documents from new and existing investors. The candidate will also be responsible

for helping to manage on-site and off-site files pertaining to the firm’s partnerships.

Marketing follow-up and information exchange with existing and potential firm investors

(almost daily). This will require the candidate to forward marketing books, sets of management

letters, and performance charts (subscription documents if applicable) for Managing Directors,

the Marketing Associate, and occasionally the President.
