Administrative Manager Job in Braintree 02184, Massachusetts US

We are actively looking for an Administrative manager to support our growing Facility services company.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

·         Input, processing and reporting of all customers and affiliate transactions into our proprietary software.

·         Overall management of daily administrative functions of the office

·         Billing, invoicing, customer collections and daily deposits through our software and QuickBooks.

·         Maintain timely and accurate processing of all data.

·         Customer Collections

Skills Needed

·         Competent in the use of Microsoft office products

·         Bookkeeping process knowledge

·         QuickBooks experience  

·         Account Reconciliation experience

·         Office supervision and management experience a plus
