Exciting opportunity for someone looking for a temporary administration role within the Healthcare Industry.
Based Wakefield but will involve occasional travel to Castleford and South Kirkby
Paying £7ph - Temporary for approx 8+weeks
The purpose of the role is to provide proficient admin support to the Manager and team as a whole. This will include:
- Maintaining full and accurate records.
- Producing various forms of documentation for the team and sending letters.
- Covering reception as and when required.
- Answering calls to the office, dealing with general enquiries and escalating more complex issues.
The role requires an individual who:
- Is hard working, organised and extremely efficient.
- Extremely accurate with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to work on own initiative to prioritise workload within a busy team environment.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with people of various circumstances.
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outloook.
- Own transport is essential to the role due to the various locations
