A.  Education and Experience
 
Required: Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience.
 
 
B.  Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
 
Preferred: SHRM.
 
 
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
 
HR, payroll, and/or recruiting experience may be required.
