Administrator, Insurance Team recruitment

My client is European Investment Bank who currently recruiting an Administrator for the Lending Operations team.

Main duties will be responsible for the maintenance of the Insurance data held in relation to the bank's commercial property loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have worked in Insurance administrative capacity.

Tasks:

Responsibility will initially include liaising with brokers/customers to ensure that all insurance policies relating to the Bank's collateral are received in a timely basis and recorded correctly.
Chasing up any outstanding insurance policies
Providing MIS on the level of outstanding insurance policies
Responsible for indentifying and raising any issues that could have an impact upon our Insurance
Updating all renewal schedules
To ensure renewal letters are sent to the insurance broker prior to expiry of any existing insurance policy

Experience

Experience in property finance would be advantageous
Good experience in an operational administrative capacity from within an Insurance environment is preferable
Good analytical skills
