Exceptional Administrator required £12.00 - £15.00 / hour Part Time Contract (min. 20 hours a week); Temporary Contract for 6 months with possible extension.

We are data analysts and software developers, specialising in Purchase to Payment processes and Recovery Auditing. We are the market leaders in these areas in our home market. We are now repeating that success in the UK and this is an opportunity for a flexible and organised Administrator to play an important role in the development of our London office.

This temporary contract will be fixed for 6 months with possible extensions.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with bags of initiative and good attention to detail. You will have strong MS Office skills and enjoy dealing with clients and suppliers diplomatically and persuasively. You will contact our clients’ suppliers to maintain our records.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Experience in a Credit Control or Accounts or Audit or a Customer Service department would be an advantage.

Key duties will be:

·         Verifying clients’ suppliers contact details by telephone with suppliers’ credit control and accounts teams

·         Liaising with clients’ suppliers and managing recoveries as directed. For example, resolving queries from clients’ suppliers, providing evidence to clients and clients’ suppliers to support claims, responding to clients and clients’ suppliers requests for information

·         Maintaining accurate and up to date records on our own databases

·         Following our processes to ensure claims are pursued effectively and successfully returned to our clients

·         Liaison with our Head Office as required

·         Preparing proposals, contracts and other documents as directed

·         Ad hoc administrative tasks as required (e.g. making and booking travel arrangements)

Suitable candidates will be self – motivated, confident and outgoing. You will take pride in completing work to a high standard with minimal supervision and contributing directly to the success of a growing business. Completing tasks successfully and reliably within agreed timescales is the principal requirement. Whilst most work will be done from our office just South of Lambeth Bridge in London, we will take a flexible approach to where and when it is done within agreed parameters.

Minimum competences / skills

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration / senior secretarial role

·         Previous experience supporting customers and suppliers

·         Skilled user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) experience of Access or similar database an advantage

·         Strong organisational and time management skills

·         Effective communicator (oral and written)

·         Ability to work on own initiative

The minimum requirement will be for 20 hours a week at a rate of £12.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience; you will be required to keep a time sheet.
