Knowledge to Action Ltd is a fast growing international seminar company teaching private investors how to trade on the Stock and Foreign Exchange markets. Knowledge to Action Ltd provides life changing information to people from various backgrounds and all ages. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Advanced Trading Sales Team in Fulham London, to deal with delegates at the events and on the phone post course providing details on the advanced training products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right experience. The right candidate will have experience in high end product sales and a natural ability to present to large amounts of people in a class room environment, outstanding administrative skills, excellent customer service skills and proven sales ability.
The Role
· Promote the Advanced Training products and sign delegates onto the programmes both face to face on the course and over the telephone.
· Provide exceptional customer service to K2A’s delegates
· Consistently smash minimum standard sales targets of £100,000 per month
· Achieve daily call targets
· Marshal training events to maximize selling opportunities
· Deal with departmental cancellations, prevent cancellations and save cancellations.
· Deal with any customer queries and constantly identifying up-sell opportunities
- Log information on calls received/made where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Participate in meetings and team project activities
· Facilitate and maintain the growth of long term relationships between the company and advanced delegates

Personal Situation
Able to commute reliably to the office.
You will be required to work a few weekends per month (days in lieu will be given during week).
Business and Selling Skills
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator, able to demonstrate success and experience managing customers, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in business support services. Experience of working for a training provider would be particularly helpful.
Package
· £22k per annum depending on experience + uncapped earning commission and monthly bonus structure.
