Advert Detail: Compliance Monitoring Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading investment banking organisation, are currently recruiting for a talented and highly motivated Compliance Monitoring Manager. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Compliance Monitoring and duties will include:
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan and maintenance of the supporting compliance risk assessment framework
• Executing Compliance Monitoring Reviews or specific Regulatory Testing, including -
o analysing applicable regulatory requirements
o developing Compliance Monitoring review programmes
o preparing work papers to support the review work performed and the conclusions reached
o documenting the results of the review in a formal report for management and Board Audit
o carry out other ad hoc reviews and investigations as requested by management
The successful candidate will require a strong compliance monitoring background from the Financial Services sector. They will need sound knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry and of UK regulation.
