We are an established, progressive and trusted company with over 30 years in the yellow pages industry. We are looking for self motivated, service oriented and innovative sales professionals to consult with small to medium size business owners regarding their print and online advertising and marketing needs. We manage a portfolio of digital, mobile, web and print products to help our clients efficiently and effectively market their business.
Responsibilities include:
* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
* Adjusts content of sales presentations by determining the needs, goals, and budget of the client.
* Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, etc.
* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in outside sales is a must. Experience in yellow page sales is a plus. Having a strong work ethic, being highly motivated and self disciplined is important. Must be internet savvy and computer literate with a passion for learning new things. Being organized, a good communicator and resilient with a positive attitude is important.
