Full time, Mon-Fri, Kolb Valencia The candidate will be responsible for the following duties: All shipping and receiving processes, including documentation, communication with shipping companies, warehouse loading and unloading and stocking of inventory shelves Coordination of product orders and pallet consolidation for shipment to customer sites Online ability to receive parts orders in Quickbooks (previous QB experience a plus but not required) Inventory management, including labeling Parts organization in dedicated warehouse area(s) for 3 different departments Misc office inventory tracking Occasional shipping of training materials/crates to nationwide training venues Support of the returned goods process area, as well as occasional support of the mailroom functions
