Africa and GCC focused Investments Arabic Language essential, 5-7 years experience, minimum 3 in Private Equity, Buy-side and portfolio management position based in GCC multiple sectors, no real estate. Job Summary
Ideal Candidate will have run a transaction from start to finish, not pure advisory work.
Arabic Language useful and French an additional plus.
5-7 years experience in Private Equity, M A, Exciting Opportunity to take advantage of the KSA deals in a range of sectors Buy-out work.

Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or similar field from a top-tier school;
- Arabic Language
- Working in the MIddle East or Africa region
- Knowledge of MEA and MENA Markets
Work experience in either
- Private Equity Firm, Mergers and Acquisitions team in a Family Office or Corporate, Sovereign Wealth Fund SWF in MIddle East abd Africa MENA / GCC region, Consultancy
- Transaction Advisory within a leading International Investment Bank maybe considered if significant M A deals advised on in the region
As well as
- Understanding of Region in particular Saudi Arabia, East Africa, South Africa, Turkey,
- Good Modelling Skills and writing skills
- Active experience working with live deal processes required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Self-starter; has confidence in asking questions and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Mature with proven judgment, strong executive presence; and
- Copes will with pressure in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide support in evaluation and execution of potential transactions;
• Assist in due diligence process; oversee external advisors;
• Prepare memos and recommendations for investment committee;
• Assist MD in origination efforts
• Develop management compensation plans, monitor portfolio companies and identify opportunities for performance improvement and value realization.
• Work on monthly reporting to investors
