Agency & Trust Specialist recruitment
DescriptionPrimary functions include trade booking (of International and Domestic securities), review of all transactional documentation, regulatory reporting and query management. The position requires frequent contact with Agency Trust front office (Documentation and Sales).
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely trade booking of all new clients and new transactions into internal application Atis. Daily review of all tranactional securties documentation inclusive of review of Agency Agreement, Offering Memorandums, Base Prospectuses, Final Terms and Indentures. Management of the transaction throught the lifecycle inclusive of amendments / documentation changes / updates provided. The team also is responsibile for providing numerous forms of reporting to both regulatory bodies and internal/external auditors.
QualificationsStrong understanding of documentation and product awareness is essential. Candidates should have a clear understanding of the structural flow of debt and hybrid securities (including ABS, Credit linked securities, equity hybrid instruments). Understanding of the ISDA 2006 definitions and ICMA guidelines and definitions would also be considered preferrable.
