The role:
In this highly visible, senior role, you will be taking on a selection of our premium clients. You will be intimately involved in understanding your clients' businesses and dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to ensure their ongoing success. You will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships whilst promoting our financial solutions to new to bank clients, associations, referral networks, etc. With your passion for Agribusiness banking and a desire to meet with your clients on their own 'turf', we are looking for a banking professional to take this portfolio to the next level.
You:
It is expected that you will possess a demonstrated track record in client/ portfolio management from within the financial services industry and experience in dealing with Agricultural clients across a broad range of industries. You will be proactive and determined with a natural flair for developing business opportunities and possess professional communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline will be highly regarded as will FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and/or significant industry experience.
