This is a role aimed at further building the ANZ Regional Business Banking portfolio in South Australia's "Iron Triangle" and upper Eyre Peninsula. Managing a portfolio of existing customers, the challenge of the role will be to grow the portfolio via the acquisition of new customers, while maintaining and growing opportunities with the existing customer group. The target customer groups include agribusiness enterprises as well as commercial and industrial operations.

The ideal candidate has Relationship management experience doing deals between $1-10million and an average of between $2-5 million. The ideal candidate also has demonstrated people management and coaching skills, as well as excellent customer focus. Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating a background of sound business lending are likewise essential.
