This Agribusiness Manager is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross sell and referrals. The focus of this position is to identify and satisfy business customer needs by exceeding expectation and rapidly growing the business through new customer acquisition and increasing share of wallet of existing customers.
In this autonomous role you will develop execute business plans, build on your strong referral network, maintain a broad understanding of local issues and industries, and always exceed our customers' expectations. You will also identify, understand and mitigate credit risk, whilst being committed to achieving results.
Ideally we are seeking an experienced relationship builder, with a proven track record of delivering results.
You will have a strong financial acumen and business development background. You will also have strong communication, problem solving negotiations skills. Tertiary qualifications are preferred; however more emphasis will be placed on you having a proven record in building strong client relationships and solid credit skills. Practical experience within the agribusiness field, either on farm or post farm gate would be an advantage, although not must.
