A leader in the geographical region they operate in, they are a reputable regional bank with continued profit growth. An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Analyst to join its Credit Analysis team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Credit Head, you will partner the front office to perform credit analysis, structure and put up proposals for a diverse portfolio of industry group. You will be performing peer/ industry analysis, credit proposals as well as recommend credit limits. You will also be assisting the Credit Manager in responding to the front office requests and client queries. You will assist management in providing input for strategic development of the new desk.
You will be degree qualified with 5 to 10 years in credit analysis experience. You will also have prior experience working in a credit analyst role within a commodity trading company, petroleum company or banking that is active in commodities. You should also have a strong work exposure to commodity trade finance and/or structured finance. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with the senior stakeholders within the Company.
