This autonomous role is responsible for managing and developing your own set of relationship customers. You will develop execute business plans, build on your strong referral network, maintain a broad understanding of local issues and industries, and always exceed our customers' expectations. You will also identify, understand and mitigate credit risk, whilst being committed to achieving results.
You will ideally be an experienced relationship builder, with a proven track record of delivering results. You will have a strong financial acumen and business development background. You will also have strong communication, problem solving negotiations skills. Tertiary qualifications are preferred; however more emphasis will be placed on you having a proven record in building strong client relationships and solid credit skills.
