Agricultural analyst

 Agricultural analyst (1-2 positions):

 

 Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Conduct research on one or two varieties of soft commodities, such as corn, soy bean, wheat, oilseeds products, etc.
  2. Conduct research independently, monitor industry data and construct database.
  3. Establish research systems, and participate in field research on production, consumption and other circulation.
  4. Develop good working relations with research firms, and enhance internal research systems.
  5. Compile product research reports and investment analysis reports (on financial instruments such as stocks, futures, options and other derivatives)
  6. Complete all other relevant tasks issuing by senior management.

 

 Requirements:

 

  1. Master degree holder or higher (priority to majors in agriculture and statistics) from top ranked Universities.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in agricultural product research.
  3. Priority to candidates who have work experience in well-known enterprises specializing in crops, oils and other soft commodities, especially the Big ABCD.
  4. Priority to candidates who have commodity trading experiences.
  5. Strong interest in commodity research and investment.
  6. Strong logical and communication skills. Capable to think independently and work efficiently in group setting.
