Agricultural Trade Assistant/Support
Our clients, a European Agricultural trading house are looking to expand their office in Geneva. They specifically want to hire someone with a good knowledge of the agricultural market and with an understanding of the Chicago exchanges.
Responsibilities for the Agricultural Trade Assistant/Support:
• Support the Traders in their daily tasks
• Complete the administration needed.
• Handle the accounting and reporting of the PnL
• Assist in completion of contracts
• Learn about trading
Skills / Attributes required for the Agricultural Trading role:
• 1-3 years of agricultural trading experience.
• Coverage of agricultural and soft commodity products (Grain, Corn, Edible Oils)
• Knowledge of the Chicago exchanges
• Be driven to learn about trading to eventually move into a trading role.
