A&H Insurance – General Counsel
Seeking General Counsel with at least 5 years experience performing the following:
*** Supporting new and renewal programs of accident health insurance business.
*** Developing endorsements.
*** Responding to Insurance Department complaints and objections to endorsements.
*** Negotiating and drafting reinsurance agreements, letters of credit, program management agreements, brokerage agreements, claims service agreements, agency agreements, confidentiality agreements, loss control service agreements, and vendor agreements.
*** Conducting regulatory research and Monitor changes in federal, state, and tax law.
*** Assisting with new product launches.
*** Assuring programs operate in compliance.
*** Reviewing agency and broker due diligence reports assuring qualifications to act on behalf of the company.
Preferred qualifications: Experience providing legal support in international locations: Europe, Latin America, Asia, or Pacific Rim
