The Role Bloomberg's Asset Investment Management (AIM) platform delivers industry leading order management applications to the global buy-side community. In an order to expand our services to the middle and back office space, we are introducing a new Operations Platform that consists of a Data-aggregation, Portfolio Accounting and Reporting solution. We are looking for a talented individual who is energetic, creative and flexible and has strong project management skills to be a reporting integration specialist. This new reporting capability significantly enhances AIM's client reporting capabilities. It is an enterprise-wide solution that loads Bloomberg, client and 3d party data into a standard data model which supports Accounting, Operational and other client data needs. Reports are produced in multiple formats and can be delivered via Bloomberg terminals, email, file transfer and printer. In addition, this includes a number of self-service tools that enable users to customize existing reports and create schedules that define when reports are run. Responsibilities: -Meet with new clients to understand and document their data and reporting needs; identify gaps to be addressed to satisfy client requirements. -Create requirements for required inbound data feed, data model and end client reporting customizations. -Direct interaction with the RD teams responsible for the development and delivery of the client solution. This includes ensuring requirements are understood and assisting them with design questions and issues. -Participation in the QA testing effort to ensure solutions work as required and meet client needs. -50+% travel required depending on geographical location of clients.
